What Happens next?
Once you have renewed your current box or signed up for your new mailbox:
- we will place a printed a receipt in your mailbox at the store
- if we have your email on file or are a new renter, we will email you a receipt
- if you chose the subscription option, your mailbox will autonew for each billing cycle until you cancel or close your box
- if you signed up for a brand new mailbox, we will reach out to for details via email on coming to the store to complete some paperwork (it takes less than 5 minutes), provide you your new mailbox number and address, and give you your new keys for your box and the front door!
- depending on the plan you chose, Miramar Postal Plus or Pacific Group West (our parent company) may appear on your statement
